This program was designed specifically for mid-career veterinarians wanting to learn how to better support yourself as well as those around you.

About MentorVet Lead

The self-paced, interactive modules cover a wide variety of professional skills topics to give you the education you need to support yourself and others. You will learn about topics such as:
Stress and burnout management
Conflict mediation
Leadership
Mentorship
Fostering a healthy work environment
Career planning

Gain peer support from fellow mid-career veterinarians. Program participants will meet once a month virtually for 1 to 2 hours in facilitated small peer groups to discuss program material and how it can be applied to their work.

If desired, pair up with a mentor to get one-on-one mentorship and support. Our paired mentor platform has around 500 mentors from many different disciplines.

Meet one-on-one with our mental health and financial coaches to get one-on-one support if desired.

This is a 6 month program with an estimated time commitment of five hours per month.

The program is a one-time investment of $1099 per participant.

This program is designed for veterinarians in their mid-careers (roughly 5-15 years out from veterinary school). Check out our early-career vet program if you graduated within the past few years!
